CLLCTIVGIVE Volunteer Opportunities
CLLCTIVGIVE is CLLCTIVLY's annual day of giving where we seek to raise $2M to support small businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs in Baltimore and we need your help! We are looking for experienced and engaging community leaders to volunteer with us in several different roles to amplify the mission of CLLCTIVGIVE. If interested please submit your application no later than July 31.
Volunteers must be over the age of 18. If you are a high school student in need of service-learning hours, please email zoripatrick@gmail.com for a parental consent waiver.
CLLCTIVGIVE Volunteer Descriptions
CLLCTIVGIVE "Give Black" Ambassadors: CLLCTIVGIVE "Give Black" volunteers will support CLLCTIVGIVE at various "hubs" (R. House and Made in Baltimore) during the day on Friday, August 9th. You will be responsible for greeting guests, providing informational materials, encouraging attendance at any of the CLLCTIVGIVE daytime activities as well as encouraging donations to support CLLCTIVGIVE to reach our $2M goal by midnight.
Registration: Registration volunteers volunteer at the CLLCTIVGIVE evening event to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive guest experience. Duties include: checking in guests, answering questions, providing directional assistance, and providing excellent customer service. Registration volunteers in the first shift will assist with setting up the registration table. Registration volunteers in the last shift will assist with breaking down the registration table and handing items over to the volunteer coordinator.
Social Media Ambassadors: Social Media Ambassadors are responsible for capturing content for CLLCTIVGIVE’s daytime and evening programming. Duties include: photographing the event and subsequent activities, creating reels and tik toks, documenting behind-the-scenes operations and providing content that CLLCTIVLY can share on social media. You will be credited for your content.
Black Business Quest (BBQ) Ambassadors: Black Business Quest Ambassadors will assist CLLCTIVLY on July 20th in the promotion of the BBQ by passing out window clings and flyers to registered BBQ businesses.
